The quiet software behind well-kept relationships.

Lynkira gives advisory firms one calm place for the work clients never see — mandates, documents, approvals and reporting — and one immaculate place for the part they do.

What it does

Four disciplines, kept in one hand.

Most firms run a portfolio system, a document store, a signing tool and a spreadsheet that reconciles all three. Lynkira is the one record they can all be replaced by.

  1. 01

    Mandates

Every instruction, restriction and delegated authority written down once, versioned, and visible to whoever is covering. Nothing depends on the partner who took the call.

  2. 02

    The room

A client-facing space that looks like your firm rather than a software vendor. Statements, minutes and documents, arranged the way you would hand them across a desk.

  3. 03

    Approvals

Thresholds you set, routed to the people who can clear them, closed with a signature that carries an audit trail. No chasing, no email thread standing in for a decision.

  4. 04

    Reporting

Quarterly packs assembled from live positions and typeset to your house standard. Drafted on the first, ready on the second, sent when you say so.

We were asking clients to tolerate our processes. Now the process is the least interesting thing about working with us.

Engagement

Priced by practice, not per seat.

Seat licensing punishes firms for bringing the whole team onto the record. Lynkira is billed against the size of the book instead, so everyone who should be looking at it can.

Introductions

We take on nine firms a year.

Implementation is done with you, not handed to you, which is the honest reason for the number. The next intake opens in January.
